My Single Point is a unique company. It was born out of a need I tried to answer during my entire consulting career: How can I achieve control when things change so rapidly? When the data required for my decision-making is stored in information silos and sometimes is even invalid.
So my quest for setting transparency over those black-boxes started, and I found myself implementing best-of-breed solutions in the hope of controlling goals, budgets, projects, and processes.
But it has turned out to be a costly and time consuming quest. I dedicated so much bandwidth on this non-core endeavor – practically a battle up-hill.
Moreover, I’ve grown to understand that people are not in favor of change, that transparency is often dreaded and that defining and enforcing process, uniformity, maturity, accountability is easier said than done.
Today, our incredible team at MSP has made my quest possible using our remarkable technology. We came to realize that the key is to simplify. Making it easy to analyze, to reach decisions, to integrate with the variances of systems, brands and data and to enforce processes without creating the antagonism of yet another IT silo.
