Responsibilities:

 Lead complex sales cycles to achieve quota objectives.

 Attain sales revenue objectives by developing new business; sales channel recruitment and management and key account sales.

 Develop and manage relationships with prospects and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

 Present the My Single Point value propositions to C-level executives via Web conference tools and face-to-face meetings.

 Develop pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and sales plans.

 Provide product demonstration to prospects 

 Manage all aspects of the sales process including following up with marketing generated leads, prospecting new customers, qualification, evaluation, negotiation, close, account management and upsell.

 Coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales and professional services

 May require up to 50% travel

 

Core Competencies/Skills & Knowledge:

 Proven track record of closing Enterprise Software license sales $200k+ deal sizes and meeting $1M+ quota for at least 3 years running

 Able to engage CxO level of large enterprises

 Sales at executive levels and executive contact experience

 Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills

 Ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals.

 Ability to interact with all levels within an organization

 Excellent negotiating skills.

 Self-motivated, able to problem solve and work with limited direction

 Comfortable working in a start-up environment, where all must have the “roll up your sleeves” and get it done attitude.

 At least 5 years of proven success in sales of Enterprise Application Software such as ERP, BPM, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain Management

 Demonstrable success accurately managing sales forecasting.

 Strong consulting sales and relationship building skills

 Complete fluency in English, other languages an advantage
