The sales development manager will be responsible for all outbound and marketing and inbound tracking activities. He/she will be responsible for driving demand for the company’s products. The candidate will work with the product and sales team and execute the go-to-market strategy and deliver results aimed at Sales Qualified Leads. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills. He/she must be willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to create product revenue growth and lasting value. This individual will have a highly visible leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have excelled in a start up environment and have a strong understanding of enterprise applications.

Be responsible for all lead generation activities resulting in increased leads to the company and driving additional revenue;
Expertise in LinkedIn as the leading marketing media (outbound inmails and inbound group publishing)
Evaluate, implement and adopt marketing automation software, landing page tools, blog platform;
Use google analytics and other analytics solutions to determine how to increase the company’s web site hits;
Execute marketing activities (seminars, events/tradeshows, etc.);
Utilize social media as an effective lead generation tool;
Find ways to make it easier for the sales team to win accounts
Core Competencies/Skills & Knowledge:
BA/BS degree, MBA a plus.
2+ Years in marketing, preferably in enterprise B2B software.
Experience with web analytics.
Experience with marketing automation software such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot.
Must be ambitious, competitive, and energetic; should be a results oriented team player.
Knowledge and experience across many different verticals a plus.
Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Must be passionate about B2B content creation, optimization and delivery, with a strong skillset that includes: professional writing (white papers, case studies, etc.), message creation, creating web content, content management, blogging, webinars, writing email and managing an editorial calendar.
Self-motivated, able to problem solve and work with limited direction
Comfortable working in a start-up environment, where all must have the “roll up your sleeves” and get it done attitude.
Complete fluency in business English – must, other languages an advantage
